Whether in print or on the big screen, the characters in the Twilight series have always made use of a wide range of Volvo vehicles, and with the release of the fourth film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1, Volvo finally opted to celebrate its prestigious placement in the series by giving back to the fans in a big way.

One contest, which was titled "What Would You Wear?" asked fans to dress up for a fictional wedding that occurs in the film. Those who sought the grand prize of a trip to the The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 premier in L.A. were asked to photograph themselves in what they would choose to dress up in for the occasion, then upload it to the Volvo Facebook page. Once there, fans could vote for which picture they liked the best.

Don't wanna play dress up? Volvo held another contest, which was titled "Journey to the Wedding." This one merely asked participants to play an interactive game by registering at http://www.journeytothewedding.com/. The prize for this contest is one that pretty much any driver in the greater Virginia Beach area can enjoy, however, as it was a shot at winning the very Volvo S60 R-Design that Edward drove in the movie.

The time to enter both contests has, unfortunately, come to an end. But, that doesn't mean that Volvo won't be holding more contests in the future related to their vehicle lineup, Twilight, or anything else they can think of. So, make sure to keep your eyes peeled.
