Recently there has been some disappointing news for Volvo fans as the auto company announced they would be planning to cut the Volvo V50 from its U.S. lineup. But, with every window that closes another opens. Now, Volvo is introducing a new 2012 V60 plug-in hybrid.
This isn't the first time we've seen the plug-in hybrid system featured in a Volvo. It's actually a further development of that which Volvo began developing in conjunction with Swedish energy supplier Vattenfall and debuted in a V70 wagon two year back.
