While these new options are only available on certain vehicles, it certainly adds a whole new dimension to how much you can get out of your vehicle.

Then there's the aspect of just how much of an increase these new Polestar Performance Packages actually add. More specifically, the T6 packages add 25 hp and 30 lb.-ft. of torque. But what's more interesting about this substantial increase to power is that it won't come at a cost to fuel economy. How is this possible The answer is simple. The package has been designed to only output the extra power when it's needed. In other words, you get all the benefits with none of the consequences.

The new Polestar Performance Packages are currently available on certain new Volvo models, like the C30 T5 (model years 2008-2012), C70 T5 (model years 2008-2012) and S40 T5 (model years 2008-2011), Volvo XC60, Volvo S60, and Volvo XC70 (model years 2011-2012).
